In these Terms & Conditions, the following capitalised terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the rp666 website accessible at rp666.pro, including all sub-pages, features, tools, games, and services made available through that domain.
• "rp666", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the rp666 platform, an internationally licensed entity operating the Platform on an offshore basis.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the total aggregate betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process rp666 conducts in accordance with its anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
• "IDR" or "Rupiah" means the Indonesian Rupiah (Rp), the primary transaction currency of the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is explicitly restricted by rp666 at its sole discretion.

By registering an Account, logging into the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that:

1. You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full;
2. You have read and accept the rp666 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of this agreement by reference;
3. You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and on your own personal account;
4. You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial entity without prior written consent from rp666.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the rp666 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. rp666 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds will be returned after identity verification, less any applicable processing fees.
• Residency: rp666 primarily serves players based in Indonesia. You confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a location where doing so does not violate any applicable local law or regulation.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all related Accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Not a Restricted Person: You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of rp666 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment processors.
• Not Self-Excluded: You have not previously applied for self-exclusion on the Platform or any affiliated platform and your exclusion period remains active.

rp666 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

To open an Account, you must complete the rp666 registration process accurately and in full. You agree that all information provided during and after registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number — is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

rp666 will conduct KYC verification on all Accounts before processing a withdrawal request for the first time, or at any point where rp666 deems verification necessary in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations. KYC documentation typically includes:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. rp666 strongly recommends that you:

• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your Account;
• Use a unique, strong password not shared with any other online service;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Never share your username or password with any other person.

rp666 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify rp666's support team immediately via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected].

rp666 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following verified payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. rp666 does not charge platform transaction fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which rp666 accepts no responsibility.

All deposit transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name and matching the identity information on your rp666 Account. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review. rp666 reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit originates from a legitimately owned payment source before crediting funds to your Balance.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the rp666 cashier. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own legal name that matches your rp666 Account details. rp666 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any active Bonus Funds with outstanding Wagering Requirements must be forfeited or fully cleared before the corresponding portion of your Balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• rp666 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed Rp 50.000.000 per transaction or Rp 200.000.000 in aggregate within any 30-day rolling period.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri and others): Within 1–4 hours during standard banking hours (08.00–20.00 WIB); up to 12 hours outside these hours or during public holidays.

rp666 does not impose platform withdrawal fees. Any charges levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside rp666's control and are your responsibility.

rp666 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and reload promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and the general conditions set out in this clause.

1. Eligibility: Bonus offers are available only to Members who satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3 and any additional promotion-specific requirements.
2. One Bonus Per Household: Only one Account per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method may claim any given bonus offer. Attempts to circumvent this restriction will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in Account suspension.
3. Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30× (thirty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted. Specific promotions may carry higher or lower requirements, which will be stated clearly in the offer terms.

7. All betting and gaming activity on the rp666 Platform is governed by the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. rp666 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where a technical error on the part of rp666 can be clearly demonstrated.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error or odds error, rp666 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members' Accounts. rp666 will communicate any such voidance within 48 hours of the relevant event.
• Sportsbook markets — including those covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, Timnas Indonesia international fixtures, Piala AFF, and other events listed on the Platform — are settled in accordance with the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at rp666's discretion. rp666 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without prior notice, including during periods of match suspension, VAR review, or data feed interruption.
• Slot and RNG casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator software audited by independent testing laboratories. rp666 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Registering or operating more than one Account;

All content on the rp666 Platform — including but not limited to the rp666 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of rp666 or its licensed content suppliers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of rp666.

Game titles, graphics, and audio-visual content supplied by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used by rp666 under valid licensing agreements.

rp666's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp666 holds its international operating licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms.

Where a dispute arises between you and rp666, you agree to first contact rp666's customer support team and attempt to resolve the matter informally within 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within that period, either party may commence formal dispute resolution proceedings in accordance with the above.

Nothing in this clause prevents rp666 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief before any competent court.

rp666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rp666 will notify Members by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on your Account.

The revised Terms & Conditions will take effect immediately upon publication unless a specific future effective date is stated. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
